Résumé : Il s’agit de l’étude préliminaire sur l’ensemble du choix de la technologie et de la méthodologie de STS concernant les plusieurs discours technologiques. Les études ant-evaluatives (benchmark test) vues par la notion de SCS sur les nouvelles technologies tel que l’ITER, l’OGM, l’IPCC sont élaborés pour le but d’approfondir la recherche. Les arguements des choix technologiques, du système de recherche et d’innovation, de la décision politique et participation publique sous le contraint du développement durable sont présentés.
Abstract :
It treats the preliminary study in together of the décision of technology and the methodology of STS concerning some technological discourse. The studies of ant-evaluation (benchmark test) seen from the SCS on the new technology like ITER and GMO, IPCC are elaborated in order to make further research. The arguments of the technological decision, research and innovation system, the political decision and public participation under the condition of sustainable development are presented.
